If you haven’t received your ID card in the mail from us, it’s possible your account hasn’t been set up yet. Please try to register again, once you receive it.
Make sure you’re entering the correct ID number :
Medical plan ID numbers have a 3 character prefix (e.g. ZBF, Z4B), followed by 9 numbers.
Vision and dental plan ID numbers each have 9 numbers.
