Health Insurance
We offer two distinct health plan options for you and your family: a traditional PPO plan and a High-Deductible Health Plan with an HSA. You’re eligible on the first day of the month following your hire date. If you have coverage elsewhere, we offer a health waiver reimbursement.

Dental Insurance
We offer Blue Cross Dental for you and your family. You’re eligible on the first day of the month following your hire date.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Medical, Dependent Care, Parking, and Transportation accounts are available.

Basic Life Insurance and AD&D
Full-time employees are covered after three months at one time their salary. After one year, full-time employees are covered at two times their salary. Full-time employees also receive dependent life insurance after one year. Part-time employees are covered for these benefits after five years.

Employee Savings Plan
We offer a 401(k) plan with an employer match.  You’re eligible to contribute to this plan after three months of employment. 

Paid Time Off
We offer a generous paid time off (PTO) package that puts your vacation, sick, and floating holidays into one bank. You’re eligible to use PTO after three months of service.
