Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) will hold a Nutrition 101 event on Thursday, March 3 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the Rhode Island Free Clinic, 655 Broad Street, Providence. All members of the public are encouraged to attend.

There is an abundance of nutrition information available, which can be confusing to many people who want to lead a healthy lifestyle. Attendees can participate in hands-on nutrition demonstrations, learn how to easily improve their diet, and have their nutrition questions answered by a certified health educator.
