24/7 Nurse Care Line

A great option to call when you just need advice, not an emergency room. Our registered nurses can answer questions about your family’s health, including: colds and flus, sprains and cuts, medications, and much more. All at no extra cost. (Of course, always go straight to the emergency room if you feel your health is in danger.)

Retail Health Clinics

If you need care quickly and your doctor’s office is closed, retail clinics—such as CVS Pharmacy® MinuteClinic locally—are a convenient alternative for minor illnesses and injuries, with extended hours, including nights and weekends, and no appointment needed.

We know that questions can pop up anytime, even on the weekends. So our team of health insurance specialists are ready to answer your call 7 days a week. Call the number on the back of your member ID card Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday 8:00 a.m. to noon.
