Employers with 100 or more full-time employees or full-time equivalent employees are required to provide affordableminimum essential coverage that provides minimum value to full-time employees starting in 2015. In 2016, the requirement to offer coverage applies to employers with 50 or more full-time employees or full-time equivalent employees.
