Your personal well-being program
You work to help others, and when you’re not working, you may be providing care for parents or children at home.
Now, you have help. Living Well, Brown University Health’s employee well-being program, will provide tools and resources to help you live well—and you can earn points for doing so. You earn points for activities that help your physical and emotional health each day. Whether it’s the steps you take on the job or activities you do after work, you can earn points for taking care of yourself. Earned points can be redeemed for sweepstakes entries. Sweepstakes run quarterly, with winners drawn at the end of each quarter.
The Living Well program is open to all benefit-eligible employees, regardless of whether you are eligible for a Brown Health Medical plan or the IBT Benefit Plan. Employees do not need to be enrolled in benefits to participate. This program is also open to spouses enrolled in a Brown Health Medical plan.
Simple ways to earn points

- Track daily activity for steps, sleep, and food
- Track your healthy habits
- Choose which habits you want to reinforce and track them daily.
- Participate in a personal challenge
- Set up an individual challenge based on your health goals or invite your coworkers for extra accountability
