This is the day your new plan, Lifespan Health, will come into effect.
Your Lifespan Health plan comes with no deductible for in-network services and various copays for services.
Your plan brings you many advantages, like a $150 fitness reimbursement and as much as $400 in rewards through the Diabetes Management Program.

BCBSRI created the Lifespan Employee CARE Center to support people covered under the Lifespan Health Plan. It is an all-in-one support center that connects Lifespan employees and their families with a local BCBSRI customer service and clinical team dedicated to their needs. You can reach the CARE center at (401) 429- 2102 or 1-866-987-3706.
The Lifespan Preferred Network, along with the BCBSRI & National BlueCard PPO Network, will offer an extensive network of primary care and specialty providers.

- Call the Lifespan Employee CARE Center at (401) 429-2102 or 1-866-987-3706 or visit a Your Blue Store (BCBSRI retail store) to speak with a representative.

If you anticipate a hospital stay that spans your Lifespan Health effective date, please present your Lifespan Health Plan ID card from both your current health plan and BCBSRI. Both administrators will work together to correctly process your claim.
Please continue your current treatment program and be sure to show your new BCBSRI medical card to your provider for proper billing.
