You work to help others, and when you’re not working, you may be providing care for parents or children at home.
Now, you have help. Living Well, Lifespan’s employee well-being program, will provide tools and resources to help you live well—and you can earn rewards for doing so. You earn rewards for activities that take care of your physical and emotional health each day. Whether it’s the steps you take on the job or activities you do after work, you will be rewarded for taking care of yourself.
It’s easy to register with our partner in this initiative, Virgin Pulse.
Through your Total Rewards for a Total You, this program is open to all benefit eligible employees, regardless of whether you are eligible for the Lifespan Benefit Plan or the IBT Benefit Plan. Employees do not need to be enrolled in benefits to participate. This program is also open to spouses enrolled in the Lifespan Health Plan.
Wellbeats: Fitness that fits you
Finding time to exercise can be challenging—never mind having to drive to the gym. With Wellbeats, you have online, on-demand access to more than 1,000 fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness classes. You can receive personalized workout plans, track your progress, find new recipes, and more. Plus, you can earn points through Virgin Pulse for participating. Wellbeats is available in Virgin Pulse under the Benefits tab.
RethinkCare: Focus on your health and well-being
Along with the Virgin Plus wellness platform, Living Well includes a special package of in-the-moment, self-service programs to help you achieve and maintain optimum mental and emotional support through RethinkCare. Meditation, mindfulness, guided imagery, and more are available to you when you need them most.
Enrich: Let’s make money easier
Budgets, loans, savings, retirement accounts—managing your money can be confusing. And stressful. Fortunately, there’s Enrich. Enrich is an easy-to-use financial platform that can help you get smarter about your money—how you spend it, save it, and invest it. It’s available through Virgin Pulse and designed to help almost anyone, whether you’re just starting out or dreaming about retirement. Plus you can earn points for participating. Enrich is available in Virgin Pulse under the Benefits tab.

You also can earn rewards for healthy activities like tracking your steps and seeing your doctor for your annual wellness visit.
Sign up in 3 simple steps
- Go to the Virgin Pulse website or download the Virgin Pulse app at the Apple App store or Google Play.*
- Choose Lifespan as your sponsor.
- Fill out your profile to get started. Connect your Fitbit, smartphone, or other wearable device to track and sync your steps with the app (optional).
Former Coastal Medical Employees: You will need to create a new account, even if you had one previously, using a different email address.
Get your rewards
All benefit eligible Lifespan employees can take part in the Living Well program. You and your medically enrolled spouse can earn quarterly rewards that can be redeemed at the Virgin Pulse online store, or used at retailers like Amazon.com® and Nike®.
Employee: up to $50 per quarter
Spouse: up to $25 per quarter
