The Brown University Health Employee CARE Center can help.
This is where you can ask questions about anything from medical benefits to managing health conditions, even on Saturdays. The CARE Center combines both your local customer service team and a dedicated clinical team. This all-in-one support will help you:
- Understand your medical benefits
- Get assistance with ongoing health conditions
- Locate providers
- Explore online tools and resources
- Check claim status and claim history
- Order a new member ID card
- Assist with discount options (i.e. Blue365)
