Businesses can earn up to 8% back

Our Wellness Premium Reward program lets businesses with fewer than 50 employees earn as much as 8% back on your medical premium.

Here's how it works:

  1. Visit the employer portal to see how many points you have already earned – you’re already enrolled! If you are new to the portal, you can register here.
  2. Encourage your employees to earn points using the Virgin Pulse® mobile app or website, which translate to your reward.
  3. Earn rewards: For a typical 25-employee company, that could mean as much as $25,000 in rewards sent back to you annually.

When employees earn – you earn.

Your employees can earn up to $200 a year by accumulating points for counting steps, completing Virgin Pulse cards, or participating in other healthy activities.

Team Challenge coming in February!

  • Encourage employees to register for Virgin Pulse.
  • Registered employees will receive an invite to the Step Challenge.
  • Participating employees earn rewards for themselves and help compete against other businesses.
  • The winning team will receive 1,000 bonus Virgin Pulse points/employee, plus a catered lunch!
