As a reminder, all BCBSRI participating providers, groups and in the D-SNP network are required to complete the annual D-SNP training by March 31, 2026. To help providers with completing the training, we are offering multiple sessions for providers to join a live session and we will attest on behalf of the provider. These meetings will be via Microsoft teams and there will be no dial-in as providers will need to review the slides we present. As a reminder, the individual provider needs to take the training and not their office staff. 

CMS requires that we train participating providers on our D-SNP model of care, as the care coordination for this plan is unique and designed to help the diverse and complex dual eligible population. We appreciate you helping us to meet this requirement.
