We are preparing to move from fax attestations to electronic attestations in 2020. You may still receive one more fax attestation but will receive only electronic attestations after that. They will be loaded into the provider portal on bcbsri.com, and you will receive an email when that happens and you will then need to log in to your account. You’ll see a new link on your sidebar called “Update Practice Info.”
Each practice has an administrator, who will grant each member of the practice and staff access to update the practice information. Once access is granted, anyone with access will be able to log in to bcbsri.com and attest. If you do not have a bcbsri.com account, please follow the steps below to gain access:
- Click here for a Provider Identification Number (PIN).
- Fill out the required information & click “Go.”
- Upon completion of the form, your PIN will be emailed to you.
If you are having trouble receiving your PIN, please contact Provider Relations at ProviderRelations@bcbsri.org. The web administrator for your practice should follow their normal procedure to add additional access.
