Coming soon, the View Claim Status screen within the Provider Portal will look a little different. 

Providers will be able to search for a claim by the Claim ID. Please be sure to enter all 12 digits of the claim, for the claim to pull up. 

If you pull a claim with the 00 adjudication, but the claim was adjusted and has a 01 adjudication, please be sure that you are reviewing the final version of the claim. 

We are looking to incorporate a drop down if there are multiple adjudications to the claim in the upcoming future.
