Effective July 13, eviCore no longer allows authorizations to be entered into their authorization portal for fully funded commercial members. 

As a reminder, on October 1, 2025 we removed all authorization requirements from fully funded commercial members when ordered by a PCP. Since then, eviCore’s system has allowed providers to submit authorizations. This is no longer allowed effective July 13, 2026.
