Effective July 13th, eviCore will no longer allow authorizations to be entered into their authorization portal for fully funded Commercial members. 

As a reminder, October 1, 2025 we removed all authorization requirements from fully funded Commercial members when ordered by a PCP. Since then, eviCore’s system has allowed providers to submit authorizations. This will no longer be allowed effective July 13, 2026.
