Grow Therapy is a virtual behavioral health provider group that connects members with licensed clinicians for outpatient mental health services, including therapy and medication management. Through its technology-enabled platform, Grow Therapy supports clinicians with scheduling, billing, and administrative functions, allowing them to focus on delivering care. Services are provided by independently credentialed practitioners across a range of behavioral health specialties, and appointments are available via telehealth, offering convenient access to care for members.

Effective August 1, 2026, Grow Therapy will be available to BCBSRI members nationally.
