Prime changing mailing addresses for correspondence

Effective January 1, 2022, Prime will begin to mail correspondence to prescribers’ primary practice addresses listed in the NPPES database. Currently, Prime mails prescriber letters to the mailing address listed in the NPPES database.

These letters include:

Guided Health
MTM
Transition fill notifications

If you have not updated any recent changes to your office location, please ensure your address is updated in the NPPES database.
