As you might have learned at our 2018 Fall Provider Seminars, MHK (formerly MedHok) will be replacing the Change Health Care authorization portal (formerly Clear Coverage). The new portal is scheduled to be in production in September 2019. Provider Relations will host a training session and a training webinar, and will provide materials prior to these education sessions. Updates will be posted to the “Alerts and Updates” section of the Provider Portal and in next months Provider Update.
