We went live in late February for the new claims on line project. Below are dates and times of live trainings where we will introduce you to the new web claims submission portion of the provider portal. Please click the link at the time of the call and you will be automatically entered into the meeting that day. 

What to expect during the training:

• How to submit a professional claim (FEP and Facility Claims are out of scope)
• How to submit a corrected claim
• How to submit a claim adjustment
• How to submit an appeal to our Grievance & Appeals Unit
