Anthem Dual Par Claims Denying in error

We are aware of Anthem member claims denying with the explanation that the provider is contracted directly with Anthem and claims should be submitted directly to Anthem. This denial is incorrect, and Anthem is actively working to resolve the situation.

The resolution will require Anthem to update their system. Once the system is updated, they will then adjust the claims that have been denied incorrectly. At this time, there is no estimated timeframe for when the fix will be implemented.
