As a reminder, our systems are updated often (especially our authorization tool, MHK). When system updates occur, there are times you will need to clear your cache, log out of the system and log back in. If you experience errors in any tools, please try these steps before escalating:
Google Chrome
If you are on a Mac, press Command + Shift + Delete. If you are on a PC/Windows, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the deletion menu directly.
Standard Method (Desktop)
- Open the Chrome Menu: Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of your browser.
- Go to Settings: Click Settings near the bottom of the drop-down menu.
- Access Privacy: Select Privacy and security from the left-hand menu.
- Choose Data to Delete: Click Delete browsing data (sometimes labeled Clear browsing data).
- Select Details:
- Set the Time range to All time to clear everything.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- (Optional) Uncheck Browsing history if you want to keep your past searches.
- Finalize: Click the Delete data button
Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click the three dots (Menu) in the upper-right corner of the window, or press Alt + F.
- Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
- On the left sidebar, click on Privacy, search, and services.
- Scroll down to the Clear browsing data section and click on Choose what to clear.
- In the Time range drop-down menu, choose how far back you want to delete data (choose All time to completely reset).
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
