BCBSRI will not be making any changes to our Telemedicine policies. Our current Payment Policy called Telemedicine/Telephone Services for Commercial and Medicare Advantage Plans can be found here.
If a member has a PLAN65 supplemental to Medicare plan, we will continue to process any claims as Medicare would.
