Now that Medicare has stopped allowing telehealth for non-behavioral health services, how will this impact what your company is allowing for non-behavioral practices to be reimbursed for telehealth?

BCBSRI will not be making any changes to our Telemedicine policies. Our current Payment Policy called Telemedicine/Telephone Services for Commercial and Medicare Advantage Plans can be found here. 

If a member has a PLAN65 supplemental to Medicare plan, we will continue to process any claims as Medicare would.
