Starting with the 2027 plan year, Medicare Advantage members will not be receiving a new ID card unless they have had a plan change or their cost share on their ID card has changed. Medicare members will continue to use the card they received last year. Members may still request a duplicate ID card by contacting the BCBSRI Medicare Concierge team.
