Effective March 1, 2024 updates will be made to MHK for the following InterQual subsets:
- Eyelid Lesion Excision, +/- Reconstruction (Custom)
- Prior auth will no longer be needed on Medicare Only Sleep studies CPT codes 95808, 95810, 95811
- Change to the Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) or Cryoablation, Renal subset (custom) subsets -Prior auth will be removed from codes from CPT codes 50250 and 50542 for both Medicare and commercial LOB
- Change to the Reconstruction TMJ and Arthroplasty, Temporomandibular Joint (custom) subset- prior auth will be removed from CPT codes 21050 and 21070 for Medicare and Commercial LOB
