Welcome to the 2024 PCP Quality Incentive Program (PQIP) measurement year! We are excited to continue to strive for excellence with our provider partners across the network. As we head into 2024, please reach out to the BCBSRI Quality Concierge Team to ensure you are equipped with the latest PCP Quality Incentive Program (PQIP) booklet and resources.
Our Quality Concierge Nurses are available to assist your practice with the following services:
- Receiving monthly BCBSRI Gap in Care (GIC) reports to identify patients on your panel with open quality care gaps. If you are not currently receiving GIC reports, please contact the Quality Concierge Team at your earliest opportunity.
- Assistance with navigating and reading GIC reports so your practice can use this data as a tool to guide patient interactions and address open care gaps.
- Customized recommendations on how to talk with patients about open care gaps and help your practice maximize possible incentives earned through the PQIP program.
- Assistance with navigating complex and multifaceted HEDIS measure requirements.
- Recommendations to help your practice code efficiently and effectively to increase your quality performance scores.
- Answering all quality and PQIP questions – we are here to help!
