Effective December 15, 2025, providers who are credentialed as an oncologist affiliated with Brown Cancer Institute will no longer need to submit prior authorization requests for any item, service, treatment, or procedure, except medications for all lines of business. Prior authorization requests will also be waived if they are the ordering physician.
