As a reminder, BCBSRI will implement the final of its three pricing adjustments to its professional drug reimbursement for commercial products effective April 1, 2019. For dates of service on or after April 1, 2019, BCBSRI will reimburse 106% of ASP for its commercial products. (Please note that reimbursement for Medicare Advantage products is already set at 106% of ASP.) BCBSRI will continue its policy of updating pricing with the most current ASP values available on a quarterly basis. The updated fee schedule for April 1, 2019 (second quarter of 2019) will be posted on bcbsri.com prior to April 1, 2019.
