Employers should be on lookout for the relaunch of Your Blue Touch RI®. The newly enhanced version of the app, which will be available in Spring 2019, helps members be smarter consumers of healthcare by providing them easier access to health coverage details, benefits, doctors and even the ability to track symptoms.
Here are a few other Your Blue Touch RI® enhancements in the works:
- Easier login: No more remembering usernames and passwords. Your username will now be your email address and, depending on your device, you can use facial recognition or touch ID to log in.
- Improved Functionality: We’ve modernized the app and added shortcuts for popular Find a Doctor searches.
- Simplified: We’ve made it easier than ever to understand your plan, with explanations and definitions of health insurance terms.
Once it’s available, those that currently use the app will have to download the new version and re-register to begin enjoying the updated version.
