Get started at a fitness center
Start by registering your Silver&Fit® account through myBCBSRI.
Then follow these steps:
- Choose your in-network fitness center.
- Set up your monthly payment, if applicable, directly with the Silver&Fit program before your first visit—ideally for the first day of each month.
- Download or print your Silver&Fit ID card and bring it with you when you visit the fitness center.
You also can call the Silver&Fit program at 1-888-797-8059 (TTY/TDD: 711) Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Eastern).
