Reminder: VUE moves to Broker Central on March 26
Recently we announced that Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) is developing a new broker portal—Broker Central—that will run on the Salesforce platform. The new portal will offer all the features on our current portal as well as an enhanced level of detail for your entire BCBSRI book of business—enrollment numbers, sub-group data, and more—and will be your only link to VUE and your commissions data. Going forward, you will log in to Broker Central and click a link for direct access to your VUE dashboard— no additional sign-in required.
To maintain continued access to VUE, please do the following:
- Download the Salesforce Authenticator app from your preferred app store. (Broker Central requires two-step authentication to protect the privacy and security of information available on the portal.)
- Create your Salesforce Broker Central account by following the instructions in a welcome email you will receive from BCBSRI on March 26.
Please watch for the email and create your account right away. As of March 26, your new Broker Central account will be the only way to reach the VUE commissions portal.
