VUE is moving to the new Broker Central portal

Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) is developing a new broker portal—Broker Central—that will run on the Salesforce platform. The new portal will offer all the features you enjoy on our current portal as well as an enhanced level of detail for your entire BCBSRI book of business—enrollment numbers, sub-group data, and more.

The full Broker Central portal will launch later this year. The current broker portal will remain active, however, the VUE commissions portal will move to the Broker Central platform on March 26, 2021. To access VUE, you will log in to Broker Central and click a link that will connect you directly to your VUE dashboard— no additional sign-in required.

To ensure uninterrupted access to VUE, you will need to create an account on Broker Central and download the Salesforce Authenticator app from your preferred app store. (Salesforce Authenticator is used to protect the privacy and security of information available on the portal.) Prior to March 26, BCBSRI will send a welcome email with instructions for creating your Salesforce Broker Central account. You can download Salesforce Authenticator at any time.

Please watch for the email and create your account as directed. As of March 26, your new Broker Central account will be the only way to reach the VUE commissions portal.
