Plan 65 rates are changing effective July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019, and there are new product offerings of Plans G and N. Overall, rates for individual Plan 65 members will decrease an average of 2.6 percent; however, Plan A members will experience an average increase of 9 percent. Please note that we will continue to have a tobacco and non-tobacco premium differential, and members can continue to receive a $2 discount for paying monthly premiums by electronic funds transfer (EFT).
