Reminder! VUE moved to Broker Central

Broker Central is now your direct connection to the VUE commissions portal. On March 26, you received a “Welcome to Salesforce Broker Central” email that included a link to the portal and your username. You can now log in to Broker Central and click a link to access your VUE dashboard—no additional sign-in needed. (As of March 26, your previous link no longer works.)

You can now enter enrollments, check application status, and access your entire Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) book of business—anytime, anywhere. Important clarification! The application entering functionality is currently only able to be used to key your applications. When entering applications, you are still required to collect paper applications with signatures from your clients. You can then key your application right into Salesforce for direct submission to BCBSRI. There is no electronic signature functionality in Broker Central at this time.

To maintain continued access to VUE and gain new access to Broker Central, please do the following:

  1. Download the Salesforce Authenticator app from your preferred app store. (Broker Central requires a two-step authentication to protect the privacy/security of information in the portal.)
  2. Create your Salesforce Broker Central account by following the instructions in the welcome email received from BCBSRI on March 26.

Important note! We don’t recommend using Internet Explorer as your internet browser when accessing Broker Central. If possible, please use another browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.
