Official Rules for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) Gobble Games Thanksgiving Give Back Challenge
The following rules apply with respect to BCBSRI's Gobble Games Thanksgiving Give Back Challenge:
- No purchase is necessary.
- For each vote left on the Gobble Games Thanksgiving Give Back Challenge Instagram story polls during the dates indicated in the post, BCBSRI will make a $5 donation to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank, up to a total amount of $20,000.
- Each poll will be available for 24 hours after publication.
- Votes left after the event has reached its $20,000 contribution limit will not result in a contribution.
- Participants acknowledge that they will not receive a prize or reward for participating in this challenge and that only the Rhode Island Community Food Bank will receive contributions based on the participant reaction.
- BCBSRI is not responsible for issues that are out of its control, including but not limited to internet connectivity or access to social media platforms.
- By voting in these polls, participants acknowledge compliance with these official rules, including all eligibility requirements.
- All interpretations of the rules and decisions by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island are final.
- This challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Meta. Participants release and waive any claims they may have against Meta, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, its officers, trustees, and any employees or agents of such entities who will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any and all injuries, claims, damages of any kind, including death to persons, damage to property, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind (including without limitation attorney's fees) resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or element thereof, or participation in this contest.
