Flexible Benefit Card
Use your Flexible Benefit Card to pay for the everyday health products and services you need most. Your card has three pools of money it pulls from:
- $150/month to buy a combination of groceries1 and over-the-counter (OTC) everyday health items
- $1,500/year to pay for dental and hearing services and copays, in addition to your standard benefits
- $300/year to buy glasses and contacts

$200 wellness reimbursement
Help cover the cost of your favorite healthy activities, like exercise classes, weight-loss programs, sports lessons, and in-home fitness equipment.

Private ride service
Get up to 72 one-way rides to or from your doctor appointments as well as select places in your community, like senior centers and libraries.

We believe food is health. So we’re working with Millonzi Fine Catering to get you the food you need, when you need it – and there’s no charge for delivery.4

SNAP benefits
If you have a SNAP card, use it to add extra items to your monthly BCBSRI grocery delivery. Or choose a separate delivery date for your SNAP order to make sure you have fresh food all month long.

- Get as much possible from your new plan
- Understand what resources you’re eligible for
- Fill out the required applications to get additional benefits
- Work with your doctors and specialists to meet your goals
Doctors near you
Your BlueRI for Duals network includes doctors near you and across Rhode Island. It includes:
- Doctors in every corner of the state, with the largest groups
- Well-known community health centers
- All Rhode Island hospitals and even some in Massachusetts
Use the Find a Doctor tool to find a doctor near you. Or talk with your health navigator. They’ll guide you through the process.
