If you are requesting a facility NPI, the first and last name will appear greyed out. If you are requesting an individual, the organization will be greyed out if the provider does not belong to one.
In the View Authorization screen, you will only be allowed to attach documents to in-progress cases. If you attempt to attach documents to a completed case it will now provide you with an error.
When searching for a provider, the lines with “Par” Provider Status will appear first on the list followed by contracted. This is for requesting, servicing and facility.
