2025 Medicare Part A deductible = $1,676 per benefit period
2025 Medicare Part B deductible = $257 per calendar year

Note: These rates are effective through June 30, 2026, and apply to members enrolling for the first time—within six months of becoming eligible for Medicare Part B. Additional restrictions may apply.
